Almost every parent I know struggles with infant sleep. It's a huge transition that many of us are not prepared for...myself included. However, I survived the 0-2 transition three times.
I followed the traditional path of breastfeeding or rocking to sleep, then feeling guilty like I created some sort of sleep issue, but then, I dropped the guilt and just followed my child.
We are given so much advice and we read so many books that it overwhelms our own intuitive response. This dilutes our ability to trust our babies.
In this workshop I will walk you through normal biological and age appropriate sleep. We will talk about nap development, signs of being tired/over tired, co-sleeping, how babies sleep around the world, and so much more.
I will walk you through the process and cut through the crap that we have been told or taught.
